Small charities make up 97% of the sector, but often lack the infrastructure to scale. Meanwhile, only 33% of adults participate in civic life due to high barriers of entry.

We exist to bridge these gaps. We nurture early ideas, incubate frontline projects, and build digital networks that connect the voluntary sector with public bodies.

The ACE Ecosystem

Agency Services

Scaffolding for the sector. We provide strategic consultancy, rigorous governance support, and community co-production services to the VCFSE sector and major institutions (including Peabody Housing).

Digital Networks

Connecting systems at scale. We broadcast vital community support directly into clinical waiting areas via Community Healthcare TV, and provide dedicated practitioner networks.

Frontline Projects

Direct action on the ground. We design and incubate accessible projects—like community cafés and gardens—that actively tackle isolation and build pride in local neighbourhoods.

Invest in local infrastructure.

Our place-based structure allows businesses to support specific neighbourhoods they care about. A modest £500 corporate sponsorship of our Blooming Neighbours project provides 12.5 hours of vital garden support for older residents who are at risk of falls and slips.
